Delivery Times
2.1. We offer free standard shipping on all orders and products, with no additional charges for delivery.
2.2. Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process your order. Processing typically takes one working day during weekdays; however, orders placed on Friday evenings or weekends may take longer to process.
2.3. After processing, delivery takes an estimated 7–10 working days. -
Order Tracking
3.1. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the delivery progress. -
Risk and Ownership
4.1. Ownership of the products transfers to you once payment is received in full.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the products to your specified address.
Returns Policy

No Returns for Change of Mind
1.1. We do not accept returns if you change your mind about a purchase or if the product does not meet your personal preferences.

Faulty or Incorrect Products

3.2. Milleverba AB will cover the cost of return shipping for faulty or incorrect products. -
Refunds
