Welcome to Milleverba AB. These Purchase and Delivery Terms apply to all orders placed on our e-commerce platform for customers residing in Australia. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, which comply with the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 and the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
1. Placing an Order

1.2. By placing an order, you confirm that the products are intended for personal use and not for resale.
1.3. Milleverba AB reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including but not limited to instances of fraudulent activity or pricing errors.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1. All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
2.2. Payment must be made using the payment methods listed at checkout, including credit/debit cards and secure payment gateways.
2.3. Your payment details are securely processed via third-party providers, and Milleverba AB does not store your payment information.
3. Delivery Terms
3.1. Milleverba AB delivers to addresses within Australia only.
3.2. We offer free standard shipping on all orders and products, with no additional charges for delivery.
3.3. Once an order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process your order. During weekdays, processing typically takes one working day, but if you place your order on a Friday evening or over the weekend, it may take slightly longer.
3.4. After your order has been processed, delivery takes an estimated 7–10 working days.
3.5. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
4. Risk and Ownership
4.1. Ownership of the products transfers to you once payment is received in full.
4.2. Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery of the products to your specified address.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. Milleverba AB complies with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights to refunds, replacements, or repairs for goods that are faulty or not fit for purpose.
5.2. To request a return or refund, please contact us at info@fashionbymelbourne.se within 14 days of receiving your order.
5.3. Returned products must be faulty or defective, and we may require proof of purchase and details of the fault to process your return.
5.4. Refunds or replacements will be processed in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Consumer Guarantees
6.1. Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
6.2. If the failure is minor, Milleverba AB reserves the right to repair the product or replace it at our discretion.
7. Cancellations
7.1. Due to our automated order processing system, orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed.
